36000 is a decent price for that configuration with Windows7 Basic Operating sytem. You did not mentioned about the operating system comes with that model.

If you are ok with AMD Turion Processor, HP DV6 2020AX will be the best and priced Rs- 46000/- If you are ok with Core-i5, Acer have 3 Models with 1GB Graphics. 5740G, 5745G and 4820TG.
