You need to buy TV tuner separately. Tech-Com and Intex brands do have USB TV Tuners which will cost you about RS:1200. Total almost 33000.

What is mean by no dedicated graphics?
It means there is no separate graphics processor. The main processor should take care of the graphics, so playing high fps games would be a problem.
