Dell provides good after sales service. HP and Samsung also provides good after sales support. A Laptop with 14 inch screen is easy to carry and Pentium dual core processor is quiet enough document editing. Getting dell around 25000 is difficult. HP has models “HP 1000-1106TU” with Win7Basic with dual core processor for about Rs-25000 and “HP 2000-2209TU” with Win8 and Dual core processor for about Rs-26000. Please check those.
